First International Competition for Women’s Environmental Projects “Green Future”.
The organizers of this project are the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the state corporation “Rosatom”. The Competition was launched during the IV Eurasian Women’s Forum in St. Petersburg (Russia) on September 18, 2024. The Сompetition is held in all BRICS countries. The main goal of the project is to find the best environmental practices, as well as to support them with promotion and replication. We believe that this will help create more opportunities for the development of international environmental projects and build a sustainable network of international cooperation on this issue.
We invite women from Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, who lead environmental projects or initiatives matched with the following Competition’s nominations: Green Workforce, Ecological Culture, Ecosystem Protection, Green Corporations, and Green Technologies. Participation in the Competition is open to representatives of businesses and corporations, non-profit organizations, universities, as well as to researchers, inventors and media influencers who lead projects in the field of sustainable development and ecology.
